Returns Policy

At Koero, your satisfaction matters to us. If you change your mind or are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Period

You can return any unopened, unused item within 30 days of your purchase date for a refund or exchange.

To qualify, items must:

• Be unopened and in saleable condition

• Include the original packaging and proof of purchase

2. How to Return

Please contact info@koerowellness.com with your order number before sending any items back.
Our team will provide the correct return address and instructions.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Exclusions

We cannot accept returns of:

• Opened or used food supplement products

• Items without proof of purchase

• Products past their expiry date

Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded immediately upon inspection.
