UK distance-selling rules require customers to be given your business name, contact information, address, pricing, payment and delivery information before purchase.

1. Products

We aim to describe and display KOERO products as accurately as possible.

Product packaging, imagery or presentation may occasionally change without altering the essential characteristics of the product.

Please always read the information supplied on the product packaging before use.

2. Food supplements

KOERO products are food supplements and should be used in accordance with the directions stated on the packaging.

Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Nothing on this website is intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

3. Orders

Submitting an order represents an offer to purchase products from us.

An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch of the goods.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, payment cannot be authorised or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant payment will be refunded.

4. Prices

Prices displayed on the website are the prices payable at the time of ordering, subject to any promotional terms.

Prices may differ from prices offered through Amazon, retailers, wholesale partners, Shopify Collective sellers or other sales channels.

5. Payment

Payment must be made through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Orders may be subject to fraud-prevention and payment-authorisation checks.

6. Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimated times are shown at checkout.

Unless otherwise agreed, UK distance-selling rules generally require goods to be delivered within 30 days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, although this does not affect any mandatory consumer rights.

7. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits statutory consumer rights.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Website use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use its content unlawfully.

KOERO names, branding, graphics, photographs and other intellectual property may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

10. Third-party services

Our website may use services supplied by third parties, including Shopify and payment providers.

Those services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy practices.

11. Wholesale, dropshipping and sponsorship

Retailer, wholesale, distributor, dropshipping, Shopify Collective, sponsorship and other business-to-business relationships may be subject to separate commercial terms or agreements.

These consumer Terms do not replace any separate written B2B agreement entered into with KOERO.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary. The version applicable to an order is the version in force when that order is placed.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
